Overview
StayHireable is operated by CloudDynamics Unipessoal Lda. See the Privacy Policy for who processes your data. It starts with one career you write, then StayVisible formats and a site from it. On Pro that is a Business Card, a Career Deck, a Skills Map, a Career Timeline, and a Career Story. On Max a Career Site hosts them (Career, Card, Deck, Skills, Timeline, Story, Film, and Page) on one published link, with Films of every type and an animated CV. More Films and Analytics are on Ultra. You choose a data region for all of it, on every plan, and most CV tools do not offer that.
We store the career content you type so the product can work: edit, export, publish, and build a Business Card, a Career Deck, a Skills Map, a Career Timeline, a Career Story, a Career Site or a Career Film from it. It is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI.
- Regions: US, EU, Switzerland, India. Closest region by default at signup; switch anytime.
- Encryption: at rest in every regional store, and in transit over TLS.
- AI training: your career is not used to train a model, and a published Career Site turns AI training crawlers away.
Data regions
Your account gets an active data region. New careers are created in that region. Each career keeps the region it was created in for as long as it exists (its region home). Switching the active region does not move old careers; it changes where new ones land and which regional API the app uses when you list or create them.

At signup we pick a closest region from browser timezone (and language as a fallback). You can change the active region anytime from the nav switcher. Account auth (Cognito) and billing (Stripe) are shared infrastructure. Career content for a region stays in that region's data plane.
Generated assets follow their source. A Business Card, a Career Deck, a Skills Map, a Career Timeline, a Career Story, a Career Site or a Career Film is created in the same region as the career it came from, and stored there. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Two kinds of request leave the region. Writing a Career Story, a Career Deck, a Skills Map match, a Career Site's words or a Film's lines, and running Job Hunt, sends text from the career to Anthropic (Claude) in the United States. Drawing and voicing a Film, a Story's voice and a living portrait send a prompt and your photo to xAI (Imagine) in the United States. Neither gets your email, your phone or the CV file, and neither trains on it. What they return is stored in the region of its source CV. See Claude and Anthropic and Career Film and xAI.

You can export a PDF or PNG from the builder at any time, and permanently delete your account, with every career in every region, from Settings.
