StayHireable in Claude
Connect your StayHireable account to Claude, and ask about your careers, your plan, your Job Hunt matches and your Career Site from the conversation.

What it does
The StayHireable connector lets Claude, made by Anthropic, work with your StayHireable account. You sign in to StayHireable once, on our own page, and Claude can then read and, when you ask, change what you keep here.
Claude can read:
- your careers (your CVs), in every data region;
- your plan, what is left of your allowances, and your credits;
- the jobs Job Hunt found for you;
- the visits to your Career Site, from Site Analytics;
- your Interview Decks, Skills matches and Career Stories, and whether they are ready.
When you ask, Claude can:
- change a career, for example rewrite your summary or one role;
- make a tailored copy of a career for one job, keeping the original;
- start an Interview Deck or a Skills Map match from a career;
- save or dismiss a Job Hunt match;
- publish or unpublish your Career Site.
Every change goes through StayHireable as if you had made it yourself: your plan, your allowances and your data region apply as they do on the site.
What it cannot do
- Delete a career or your account.
- Change your plan, or spend or buy credits.
- Make videos, images or audio, so it cannot make a Career Story or a Film. It can read the Career Stories you made in StayHireable.
- Change photos, logos or badges, or export a PDF or PNG.
- Change your Job Hunt search, or apply for a job.
- See your password. You sign in on our page, never in Claude.
Connect it
Until StayHireable is listed in Claude's connector directory, add it as a custom connector:
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it StayHireable and enter this address:
https://mcp.stayhireable.com/mcp - Choose Connect. Claude opens a StayHireable page that names Claude and lists what it will be able to do.
- Choose Continue to StayHireable sign-in, and sign in as you do on the site.
- Back in Claude, ask about your careers, for example "What are my StayHireable careers?"
Nothing is shared with Claude until you sign in. You need a StayHireable account; if you do not have one yet, create one first.
The tools
These are the tools Claude sees. The read tools only read. The others change something, and are for when you ask Claude to make that change.

Plans
The connector is free on every plan. Each tool does what your plan does on the site, and answers with a link to the plans when yours does not include it.

publish_site. - Ultra:
get_job_matches,get_site_analytics,set_job_match.
An Interview Deck and a Skills Map match count against your plan's monthly allowance, as they do on the site. Claude never spends credits: when an allowance is used up, it says so and you can buy credits in StayHireable. A new account's free trial is 7 days of Ultra. See Pricing.
Privacy
- Nothing is shared with Claude until you sign in to StayHireable.
- Your email address and phone number are left out of what Claude reads, unless you ask for them.
- Claude receives a key that works only for these tools and expires. It never gets your password.
- What Claude reads goes to Anthropic because you asked, and Anthropic processes it under its own terms, usually outside your chosen data region.
- What Claude changes is stored in the career's own region.

Disconnect
In StayHireable, open Settings, Connected assistants and choose Disconnect next to Claude. It stops working at once. You can also remove the connector in Claude's settings. To use it again, connect it as above.
