StayHireable is a CV builder that lets you choose the country your data is stored in, on every plan. Your career is encrypted, never sold and not used to train AI, and you can download it as a PDF or PNG for free, with no watermark.
Choose where your data lives
You pick a data region when you sign up, and you can change it anytime. Each career stays in the region it was created in. This is free on every plan.

Anything made from a career, such as a Business Card, a Career Site or a Career Film, is stored in the same region. Your account itself (your email and sign-in) is kept in the EU.
What we never do
- Sell your data, or share it for advertising.
- Use your career to train AI.
- Put a watermark or our name on your PDF or PNG, on any plan.
- Ask for a card to start. The free plan is free, and new accounts get 7 days of Ultra that end on their own.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, in every region.
When AI writes a format
Some formats are written or drawn by AI: Claude, by Anthropic, writes a Career Story, a Career Deck and your Career Site's words, and xAI paints a Career Film. For those requests only, we send the career text the format needs. We never send your email address, phone number or the career as a file. Both providers say in their API terms that they do not train on what we send, and what comes back is stored in your career's region.
Editing, exporting a PDF or PNG, and publishing send nothing to them.
Career Site visitors
When someone opens your published Career Site, we count the view: the day, a rough country from the time zone their device is set to, the site that linked there and the kind of device. We set no cookie and keep no IP address or anything else that identifies the visitor.
AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read a public Career Site, without your email address or phone number. Crawlers that collect data to train AI models are turned away. You can also share a site behind a PIN.
Delete everything
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. That removes your careers, everything made from them, your profile and your login, and cancels any subscription. Download a PDF or PNG first if you want to keep a copy.

Common questions
Which CV builder lets me choose where my data is stored?
StayHireable lets you choose the United States, the European Union, Switzerland or India as the region for your careers, on every plan including the free one. You can change it anytime, and each career stays in the region it was created in.
Is my CV used to train AI?
No. StayHireable does not use your career to train AI, and the AI providers it calls for some formats do not train on what it sends, under their API terms. Published Career Sites turn AI training crawlers away.
Can I download my CV for free without a watermark?
Yes. The free plan exports your CV as PDF or PNG with no watermark and no branding, and no card is needed.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. You can delete your account anytime from Settings. That removes your careers, everything made from them, your profile and your login, and cancels any subscription. Billing records stay as tax law requires.
