Terms of Service
These terms are between you and CloudDynamics Unipessoal Lda, trading as StayHireable. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service
StayHireable helps you build, host, and share careers, and offers career guidance content and tools. It's an early-access product, offered as-is, and features may change.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure (turning on two-factor is a good idea) and for the content you add. Provide accurate information, and don't use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Your content
You own your career content. You grant us the permission needed to store, display, and host it so we can run the service, including serving your published links. You're responsible for what you publish; don't upload content you don't have the rights to.
If you write a review of StayHireable and ask us to show it on stayhireable.com, you grant us a licence to display that review (rating, title, body, tags, the display name you chose, and the date) after we read it. You can withdraw publication from the review form. If you delete your account, a published review is kept as an anonymous quote; unpublished reviews are deleted.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No impersonation or misuse of other people's information.
Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Cancellation and deletion
You can stop using the service anytime. Deleting your account removes your careers and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
No guarantees
We work hard to be useful, but we can't guarantee you'll get hired or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction. That does not limit any consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
